Ultimate Airline Shake-Down

The next time you complain about being nickeled-and-dimed to death by the airlines to pay for luggage, food, pillow, etc., consider yourself lucky. At least you have not been asked to chip in to pay for fuel during a refueling stop.

one of the owners of that airline is lying. But I do not blame the fuel company for wanting cash for fuel till they get paid for past bills for fuel.

"The charter company, Austria-based Comtel Air, and the Spanish company that owns the planes pointed fingers at each other over the situation"

I'm just not sure if the charter or the plane owners is guilty mmmmm or both
