Building references

Hope this the right place for this. I use to the AMP route but after being on here it's obvious to get what you want in looks and secession it's best to get some references. Any providers newbie friendly or got tips on how I can get clearance.

Plenty of providers are newbie friendly. Just check the ads. Also ask if you can use them for a reference.
