Card declined at Pre-Auth. Please validate that the entered information is accurate

I am receiving the above error when trying to pay for a year of premium.
I have already used a combination of debit card, credit card, gift card, discover, etc. On all, I receive the same error. I did not see a method of altnerate payment listed. What do you suggest?

I don't know the answer you are looking for but i have been meaning to go get a prepaid card to do this. I would not trust anything linked to my accounts.
