Of course, the proceedings were partisan. Impeachment is a political process, not s civil suit or criminal trial.
But by "partisan" do you mean that the process was n ot legitimate in some way? By that do you mean that the indictment, the vote to impeach itself was partisan or that the trial to remove him was prtisan(or both)? By partisan do you men that there wss something wrong or unfsir going on?
