I Lost my Verified Status and Showcase

I have been away for a few months, because I had a baby. I logged in today, and I no longer have verified status, or my showcase. How do I get verified status and my showcase active again? My models are ready to get back to work. I miss my clients (and models). If any of you moderators can fix this problem for me, It'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and hopefully, solve the problem. Looking forward to seeing my old clients again and making new clients. Our goal is to have all of our clients become repeat clients. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! LET'S CLOSE 2013 WITH A BANG!
