Welcome to MS: when requesting any less than a full detail is an insult

This isn’t directed towards all providers..I’ve met a few who gave a complimentary tuneup at no extra charge when I requested the full detail but the issue isn’t about getting extra or freebies It’s when we do get the chance to be in the area but don’t have the opportunity to stay as long as we’d like to. I know it’s all businesses but it wouldn’t hurt to keep this in mind.
