Basically, if your erection lasts longer than four hours, there's a very good chance (increasing with the amount of time spent erect) that your dick will turn black and fall off (because an erection is caused by your body cutting off the circulation at the base of the penis in such a way that blood can't drain out). My best guess is fetuses aren't like adults.

Basically, if your erection lasts longer than four hours, there's a very good chance (increasing with the amount of time spent erect) that your dick will turn black and fall off (because an erection is caused by your body cutting off the circulation at the base of the penis in such a way that blood can't drain out). The longer you're erect, the longer you have no circulation there. No circulation for too long, and any part of your body will turn black and fall off.
