Since she claims to have “an abundance of reviews” from “every major ad platform”, I would ask her to point specifically to those reviews on eccie and oh2, the two major platforms in the market in which she claims to operate.

Her photos do not look like Maya John. Plus, her ad is listed under verified provider. Does verified mean she is a legit provider, her photo is legit, or hopefully both?

The URL posted by OP is for Fort Worth. It redirects you to her New Mexico ad because the latest ad posted on her account is for New Mexico.

This could be legit if the provider is traveling, which they often do.

But most likely, it's a scammer posting in various large cities around the US to get the most money possible before the account is banned.
