I'm guessing you hit the "Submit" button a little too early.

You can still "Edit" the Encounter. You have 60 minutes from time of submission. Look for the "Edit" button at the bottom right of your post. It will bring up your "Encounter" in "Edit" mode, so you can add/change any portion. Just be careful not to interfere with any of the "Code" settings.
