How do providers get an account on ECCIE

I see a few "go-to" providers on BP and they always ask how they can setup an acct on ECCIE. They seem to think they have to be nominated or recommended. What can I tell them?

Just give them a link to the site and tell them to follow through with the registration directions.

I think he meant how to get verified. Anyone can get an account.
