Conservatives to the "nutty nine" 9th District Court of Appeals. That laughable Court gets beat down by SC like a red headed step child on a regular basis.

Good. Maybe the court will start enforcing "due process," "innocent until proven guilty," "preponderance of the evidence," and "rule of law." Maybe.

The 9th did just rule that there is a constitutional right to open carry for self defense.
