I KNOW! Thats part of the problem! He's in Roundrock (I've been warned about the troopers) and has no references, joined a few days ago.
I'm thinking no go.

If your not newbie friendly just tell him so. If he really wants to see you in the future when he has references to pass your screening he will contact you. If it was me I'd rather have an honest answer and take it from there....
