Many of you might be unaware that there's a provision in the Texas Penal Code that grants a prostitute immunity if she cooperates with the police in the prosecution of a john. But that's a topic for another day.

It's not a crime to contemplate something. You have to actually do it. Otherwise there would be a lot of people in jail for murder who never killed anybody.

False. For example, one can attempt to commit an offense and not actually carry out the proscribed conduct and still be guilty of committing the offense.
