V A Dealings

Any veterans out there male or female have or had dealing with the V A
concerning disability claims? How long did it take to get a decision letter,
we’re u approved or turned down? If u got a decline, Did u file an appeal
how long to get that answer? Was it approved?
The reason I ask, after 19 mo of waiting for a decision I finally got one.
My claim excessive skin cancer caused by Agent Orange. They kept asking
for more proof & I kept giving it to them. I’ve been cut on more than a
Turkey at Thanksgiving.
It was finally approved at 50%. Just wondering what ur experience was.

I was told when I retired my deafness qualifed for disability but I declined

A friend told me about modern hearing aids the VA was offering

The VA helped me process my disability request and other than a civilian hearing exam followed by a VA exam it was a smooth process and went through in about 5 months

Obviously a lot more cut and dried and I'm embarrassed to hear you're getting so much trouble given all the documentation on Agent Orange

In unrelated news spread the word ANY Vet and their spouse can get the covid vaccine

Never forget
