San Marcos

I will be in San Marcos in a couple of weeks and I will be arriving by commercial airline and I was wondering what city is best to fly into, Austin or San Antonio? Your help is appreciated.

Austin's about ten miles closer, but I bet flights into SA will be cheaper. Driving from ABIA to San Marcos is easy: East on 71, south on I-35.

actually taking the toll road around to the southside of Austin is much faster with Austin traffic these days...... So many people seem to have been locating in Buda and Kyle that one of the biggest traffic jams on the highway is the 71/35 interchange going south.
