Hobbing in North Alabama?

Hello everyone ! I am Nicki Vixxen or Mistress Vixxen to some .
I will be visiting family at the end of December who live near Haleyville AL,
are there any places to hobby remotely close to this area?
It seems like most of North AL is dead as far as hobbing

Remotely close is a relative thing but I doubt that Birmingham or Huntsville are close enough that you would want to make a day trip. Haleyville not very close to a main highway.

HuntsvilleBirmingham and Tupelo are all withen at least 2 hours.....those areas are best bet to work in

Thank you for the information everyone sounds like Birmingham might be the place to stop and play a little . I know that every big city is atleast an hour or two away . Any more information is welcome.
