I assume you are talking about penises (is there a plural?) peni lol

Some guys are showers (whatever there penis size is stays relatively the same flacid or erect) just gets firmer.
Some guys are growers ( flacid penis may be much smaller or retracted and it grows when erect to the real or max size) Kind of like wolverines claws.

I am no expert but have seen a few porn movies in my time and there are clearly different types. I am sure based on the mens anatomy.
