Hi Liter is great for extras, lots of girls and 2 for 1 drinks on dayshift. That said, 2 for 1 drinks seems to be the norm at most of the clubs in Phoenix on dayshift. If you want hot, young, ASU girls then go to Bourbon Street Circus. I've never gotten extras there, but the talent really is top notch.
