Why can't i post a new provider ad? it's been over a week

The website won't let me post a new provider ad, and it's been 7 days since my last one. How do i Post?

It appears your not a verified provider

You posted in welcome wagon which you can only do once

You are not allowed to post a provider ad until you have received verified provider status
