EROS provider - Cici

Hello DFW,
Has anyone seen Cici Bloom? If so please let me know your reviews.

In general if Provider is only on EROS how can I verify if that provider would be safe?

Cici is pretty, no doubt, then again so is Aprill. Quality of date is no comparison, Aprill wins hands down
