Best barbecue in Huntsville

I am visiting Huntsville Alabama and love north Alabama barbecue. Especially the white sauce!!! I usually go to chuck wagon and noticed they moved from Madison to the parkway. Does anyone know of another good barbecue spot I can try??? P.s I’m a foodie so my palate only enjoys quality food
