Hello to all and hope you're staying warm. I am planning my first ever trip to NY at the beginning of the year and I am trying to figure out the lay of the land. Any advice on best cities to visit (Albany seems to be suggested the most) would be so appreciated. Please pm. Thank you so much and Happy Holidays 
Albany, Rochester, NYC I think are the main ones. Hartford, CT is brought up a lot and its fairly contiguous to everything. Syracuse is thrown in there as well but I think the main centers for Western NY are Rochester/Buffalo, then Central is Albany, and south is obviously NYC.

outside of nyc Monroe county..... biggest city Rochester has the most cases of STDS
