I have not been here in a year. The last few times I went they had a bunch of ladies in their 70s.

LZ and Awesome Massage spa over on beltway feeder a block or two above Bellaire Blvd are under the same owner prolly a year now. The girls rotate between both shops or so I discovered, the talent is 50/50 okay IMO, nothing spectacular but accommodating. I don’t know how the great grannies made the boss enough money to justify the lease.

No kidding. The ladies were in their late 60s and mid-70s a few years ago.

Have you try the other massage place in the same strip around the corner? I believe it's call sunshine

Sunshine has/had an older Vietnamese woman, Cathy. Well dressed, but wouldn’t turn heads, the plus was that she will accommodate bbbj. I ain’t been in for some time though, not sure what the talent looks like now.
