Premium Access and encounter reports

I had PA from encounter reportd before the shutdown. Is it possible yo have it reinstated? Also, at this time would makeing encounter reports for meetings over 30 days old ne considered for PA?

The site going offline for over sixty days was an unfortunate event, but necessary. Numerous problems arose when the site relaunched recently and situations like yours are somewhat commonplace.

There is no official policy reinstating PA credit to members whose access expired during the shutdown. If you feel your particular situation is credible and worthy of reinstatement, email websupport@eccie.net and make your case.

I am exercising some leeway on the thirty day rule. When was your encounter?

I also had PA at time of shutdown. Last encounter report was in March

Late May is acceptable, March and April are not, sorry.
