Your experience is interesting. When you say hit and miss, do you mean that the same girl will give you L1 and then a week later give you L0, or is it just that the place has different girls who may or may not offer L1? I've been there three times, once for a foot massage/scouting expedition, another time with Emily for a very frustrating L0 (I felt all over but no L1), and a different girl (Alice)for a solid L1. All three times the girls were cute and on the younger side.

I guess it's very YMMV; as I said even for me sometimes it went L1 and it was great. Even L0 was a very nice massage. I know it's known as L0 place; but wanted to advise that I have had some success there but not every time.
