I'd say based on Herman Cain's latest poll numbers, American's not ready for another hobbyist President like Bill Clinton.

IMO pipe, the next president could fuck the whole White House staff and jack off each Cabinet member on live TV if he could somehow generate the budget surplus we had in 2000 and get unemployment back to 4% (also 2000). And I would *GUARANTEE* he'd get re-elected too...
