I saw a sign for Xin Sui in the plaza across from the Blvd restaurant in Delmont. It did not look like it was open last week.

they are definitely opening a second location (might already be open). but i was in the monroeville place yesterday and jessica said that the delmont place is going to be a "family" location and kept stressing that it would be a totally legit establishment. she kept talking about it being a foot rub place

Was at the plaza yesterday in delmont. Sign says open and the lights were on. Its just behind McDonald's there. Didnt go in because i had another person in the car with me..had to play dumb while i was thinking about Lucy and her gorgeous cans!
