MuffinMan ... I hate to cause a ripple but I want to make sure I am reading what you are referencing. Would you please post a link to that exact refresher course?

This is good news 
. From a ladies perspective in our area, this is really not an issue here as the majority of the gents are just that, gentlemen...so thank you guys!! This particular enforcement will be very welcome in Dallas and some of the other places....I'm just glad it's not like that here at home
