Welcome. Looks like you are off to the right start with getting your "about me" set up and some images in your gallery. You'll find that ads are not really allowed here anymore and that even external links to social media accounts etc. are removed pretty quickly. I can only speak for me, but watching and taking part in some of the banter threads in Sandbox and Coed may help you find your way around a bit.
