When contacting a provider how do you respond if asked for your name?

I very recently contacted a provider by PM to setup an appointment. I did not hear back by the end of the day, so I texted the number given to set it up. The text response was "What is your name?" I gave my Eccie handle and that was it, but the response again was "What is your name?" This doesn't seem normal to me, as I haven't had that happen before. Any thoughts?

No way I'd give my real name. A stage name would suffice....

If they ask, I always tell em' "NaN". Works every time!

Every guy should have a stage name. So pick a name and stick with it.

Do you tell them about your truck too?
I tell them Dorian G. Boardman

Then message them lab results under the same name....and a bonus dick pic.

I always ask for a name so that way when I meet a gent I can say "Hey Alex, how are you?" And not "Hey LadiesMan21734"...

I already know what your handle is so why would I ask for that when it's right in front of me??

Just pick a name you wanna call yourself. Like Jake.... from State Farm lol

Benjamin Franklin is the only name she should be interested in if she wants my patronage...
Each companion has different screening requirements. It's your responsibility to comply with her policy or graciously fall back if you refuse to do so. A handle and a name are not at all the same thing and there isn't anything abnormal with a lady enforcing her policy.

Is it safe to "assume" she was only wanting a first name?
