Revue only viewing.

Question for the staff:

Well, I'm over 100 posts, and 5 revues in now, and am navigating the site pretty well, but a couple of things I haven't figured out yet.

1. If I want to do a search, and see JUST a list of all revues on a certain provider, how do I make that happen? I've been using the search page and can get all posts by, and/or for a provider, which includes revues, but how do I get it to just show a list of revues only?

2. After I send a PM, how am I able to go back and view it again. I can't seem to find them under "sent items". There's just nothing there when I look.

Thanks,

CFH
I can answer the second one.

Click on User CP (left side bar)
Under Settings & Options - select "Edit Options"
Scroll down to:

When sending private messages the forum can make a copy of the message in your Sent Items folder.
Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default
good info gr8

I hope you get an answer to the first one also, I would like to know.

For question 1 have tried limiting your search to a particular review forum.
Thanks gr8. I fixed question #2. It seems to me like the site should just automatically have a "sent box" without one having to figure out where to go to check a special box to turn that on. Hmm... Not my favorite thing about the site, now that I've seen what I had to do to turn this on. Just seems kind of odd...

My question #1, which is my biggest issue. Still can't figure that out. Seems like there should be some VERY easy way to view JUST reviews on a certain provider. Hmm. Tech support???

This may help.

If you're searching for reviews on Typhoidmary, search for "agreed-upon AND Typhoidmary".

This will drastically reduce the number of non-review posts that pop up.

Sometimes it helps to search for the last 4 digits of the lady's phone number instead of name. For instance, search for "agreed-upon AND Typhoidmary".

You're looking for ""agreed-upon" because it should be in every review.

2 ways that might help you.

1. goto the search page and enter the provider name. Then select the specific forum "search in forum" like independent provider reviews Austin.
Only issue is this will give Austin reviews only. If the provider travels you may be missing out on reviews from other cities.

2. goto the review forum the provider lives in. Independent provider reviews Austin, use the search this forum tab and put in providers name.
Robtx. That makes a lot of sense. Can't believe I couldn't figure that out on my own. Thanks. Thanks to GneissGuy and Mokoa as well. These were all helpful.
Thanks all!

Sometimes, it helps to search on the last 4 digits of the lady's phone number, too. Sometimes the name gets you too many false hits, or someone spells it wrong, etc.
