Gents,
When looking to set up a date with a provider are reviews a deal breaker for you? Meaning, if she doesn't have any, or only has a few will that prevent you from seeing her?
I ask because when I initially entered the hobby I really was against reviews, but lately I've wondered if it was a requirement of the trade, a necessity if you will, to have them. I've been lucky enough to have some amazing regular clients, none of which review lol And I've considered asking other gents whom I've seen on a few occasions in the past whom do write reviews to write a review...
However I'm kind of up in the air about the whole concept. Lol I hold my privacy dear to me, and having all of my sexcapades plastered across the Internet is rather intimidating. But, if reviews are the standard and it helps make a decision for a guy to see me, I suppose I'll have to get over my fears.
Haha what is girl to do...
Coming from a newbie, but just from reading, there are a lot of guys that won't see a provider that has no reviews. It "seems" because they want to make sure the lady is safe and also not LE (one of my excuse now). Some treat the lady as if she was only a BP girl and won't touch her, waiting for someone else to TOFTT, while others seem to like the thrill and danger of someone new.
It appears though that there are some providers that don't have any actual reviews or very few but because she is talked about a lot or pretty active on here, word does get around that she is good, safe, etc.
This is just my opinion but if you are looking for new clients, no reviews but a good reputation might get you some that are a little better, maybe even classier than with reviews but if you want a little more diversity in your clientele, at least try to have a few recent review. There seem to be a lot of classy guys that want reviews too. Too many reviews might actually hurt because some guys think you aren't the upscale lady they are looking for because they don't want to think they are the 12th person you have seen that day and it isn't even noon yet. There are many exceptions to that rule though. There are several ladies like Dallas, Kaylen, etc., that have such good reputations that it doesn't matter how many reviews they have, they are loved, partly because they might offer something you can't get from all others but also because of their personalities, etc.

I look to reviews to provide an indication if the provider is compatible with my desired experience and to add to my comfort about not being LE. don't look for a ton of reviews, but I like to see a few recent. I do respect and admire a provider's desire to be discrete and private. So I guess a few well written reviews could be helpful when visiting outside of home area. Hope this helps.
I use reviews to minimize buyer's remorse. I don't want to waste my hard-earned money on a mediocre or worse experience. Reviews give a better insight to the provider's appearance, consistency of level of service, attitude, and reliability. I don't want to spend my money on flakes or mechanical performances. Unfortunately, there appear to be some providers who game the system by giving discounts in return for glowing reviews but I think they are in the minority.
You could think of reviews as a tool hobbyists use as a "reference" for providers in a sense. There are some well established hobbyist who have garnered trust and a following so to speak. You wouldn't need a lot of reviews, just a few by well established hobbyists. These reviews allow us to know you're legit, provide a great service, and are capable of handling the business aspect as well. This is what most hobbyists who refer to reviews look for.
Not too much that I can add which hasn't been said already. I can say that if I'm looking for an upscale lady to spend some time with I don't look at those who have no recent reviews. Good reviews from a year ago, I have found, mean nothing. Things can change in a year. I certainly would be concerned with a woman who gets 200 in two months, but I seriously doubt that will be the case with you. You are obviously a top notch courtesan so think of the reviews as free advertising.
Thank you for the replies guys!
Greatly appreciated.
for me reviews are part of it, but we all know Reviews are usually more fantasy than reality..
If I am going to spend $300+, I need to know about that lady, I cant spend money if I do not have a basic idea of what I am getting into

reviews are important to me for 2 reasons:
1) I have a very specific list of what I like BBBJ NQNS (attention to balls and eye contact), GFE (always subjective), realistic IOP, minimal tattooing, CFS - maybe a few others depending on mood.
2) personality - I want to try and get a feel for the ladies personality. and to some extent you can get an idea from reviews.
But there is a better way especially for a high end providers to do #2. 6 months to a year ago Eccie chat was down for quite sometime which lead someone to create a video chat channel. The ladies would get on generally dressed although some would wear lingerie or the occasional birthday suit, but it is my contention and others have agreed, that the nudity was superfluous to the interaction. The key here is the video component - seeing and hearing some one react to questions, and laugh - exposes a persons personality much better than anything else I have seen. This channel no longer exists BUT while it was up, I met several ladies that I never looked twice at because they were slightly out side my standard type who's personality was so wonderful that I wanted to see them and eventually did, because their personalities out weighed my list. The mind after all is the largest sex organ in the body.
That is why it is my belief that a video is much better than reviews for number 2. Here is where ALL providers make the classic video mistake. When they hear the word "video" they think porno and wind up posting a sexy lingerie shoot or a blow job shot or some other sex video which has nothing to do with showing a ladies personality. The type of video that I am talking about is basically the type of video you would make for a video dating site. the questions don't matter. the answers don't matter. Just being able to see you move and interact is enough to be able to get a feel for your personality. And KNOWING what kind of personality you have and from that having an idea of what to expect in a session is I believe some what comforting to a potential client. You become a known quantity that makes it easier to see myself in your company. Again - most dumb ass hoes will read this and make a sexy video thinking that's all we care about. I am talking about adding a Q&A video ... or interview style video something you could post on YouTube and if everyone you know saw it you could say you did it for a dating site. Heck I would rather see you with your clothes on as your clothing style choices also show some of your personality. I guarantee 3 of my regulars I would never have seen if it hadn't been for seeing them on that video chat channel and becoming endeared to their personalities.
Questions: What kind of man do you like? What makes a man sexy to you? What's you best quality? you see three boxes on the table in front of you what is in them? How much money is too much? Which came first the chicken or the egg? the questions really don't matter it is seeing you answer them that makes the connection.
As a high end provider I would give the video idea a try before I would break down and start asking for reviews, because with a video you have control and with reviews the reviewer have control. And the video will more completely and accurately depict who you are than a review ever could. Take a chance and try it - 25 years of marketing experience talking here and several months of personal observation - it is the potential gold mine for a high end provider - I will bet my hat on it!
I really like your suggestions, my only dilemma is that I don't show my face because I have a real life world that I'm trying to protect. And, my voice is far too noticeable to simply talk lol I wish I could do something like that, but the risk involved with being exposed in my real life is too vast for me to partake in such a video.
However, I do know I've gotten many a date by the videos I've posted in the past. lol I'm looking into other ways that can showcase my personality without jeopardizing my anonymity. Hmmm you've got me thinking...

I have, what I've labeled, as an oral fetish. I love to give as much as receive! If a bbbj is NOT in the cards, I'm not interested, and I'm not setting up a date. This makes the use of reviews quite important.
Would you see a hobbyist if he didn't have references? Reviews for me are kind of the same thing, only to make sure I know what I am getting. I realize, at least on this board, reviewers can flame out beyond what I really need to know, but I have also found that if a provider gives me a classy experience and requests a classy review, I find myself trying to comply. We have a lot of great choices here in Dallas, so reviews can help seal the deal for the right provider. A bad review or two will not keep me from booking if everything else looks compatible.
I am late to this party and I see that the OP, at least according to her signature block, has gone UTR and will not be bothered with reviews, which makes me the why of this thread, but that diverts me from my real thoughts.
I generally find no review policies to be a bit hypocritical. This is a commercial endeavor in which consumer services are exchanged for fairly high levels of consideration, but the consumer is not allowed to hear what other customers say about the service? Sort of stacks the deck doesn't it? We are supposed to rely on artfully posed but "discreet"'photos and overwrought web site prose about elegance and sophistication but even high end cars are reviewed extensively. I'll honor a no review policy but it's often one imposed after there is a body of reviews to look back on.
Another variant is the no graphic review policy. Well, damn, what's the fun in that? I will honor that request but I can write a review that describes the sensuality of the experience without detailed references to orifices and using certain verbs. Ladies generally like those reviews because they are very positive but not vulgar or overly revealing.
Lately I've volunteered to allow some high end ladies vet my reviews and they have been good about it, asking that a detail be deleted or somehow modified to avoid a misimpression. One asked me not to write a review unless I rated her a 9 or 10 so not to mar her overall scores. I gave her a 10 for looks, which never happens with me, but she was truly stunning and once in a life time. She earned it.
Another asked me not to review her on TER because she felt that over 100 reviews in a few years was a bit much. I was okay with that. But here was the interesting part. She was invariably given 9's and 10's for looks and honestly they weren't justified. She was a solid 8 and I was very pleased with her looks but I would have been conflicted if I had reviewed her. Who needs to be the kid telling the truth about the emperor?
Ladies worry about the cranky guy who gives them a poor review and here is where a body of good reviews is their salvation. Those bad reviews usually signal two things. The provider had a bad day or the reviewer was a dick who turned off the provider. I am confidant enough that I can turn around a provider's bad day. And if she responds poorly to the dolts and idiots she will respond favorably to the good clients who are respectful and fun.
I must say. Reviews are good for each party involved. 2 reasons. Verification and security. We both client and provider need it. Therefore this place ecci and p411 are great tools for the hobby if we all use them for what they are valued for.
I too like to be private and discreet. But reviews are the key to getting what is desired or expected on both ends. Reviews are posted on a honesty or detailed oriented. So the clients know who they have interest in and if they meet there requirements.
Screening and reviews go hand in hand. We can play our hobby if we don't have both from each end!!!!
Thanks to the mods and gurus who help keep our reviews posted and maintained!! It's all part of a great hobby
