Every time he does this, I get the feeling he is going to step aside from the podium with nothing but a rain coat on, and open it.

I don't what bugs me more, his whisper or kamala's cackle. There both horrible

I find it interesting to notice that president Biden did not use that technique of rhetoric before the start of the 2020 campaign. I have not seen the whisper in clips of his earlier public career.

It's a sign of parkinsons... and it is something that happens towards the end of the line as it's becoming difficult to swallow and control the muscles in the throat. Ultimately it's what puts people into hospice, they keep aspirating their food.
