HELP

The little red envelope just to the right of my user ID shows a message all the time whether I have any or not. A mod told me he thought it was a device problem. I disagree since I have 2 smart phones and a laptop. It's the same thing on all 3 devices. I am not very tech savvy so I am looking for a simple fix. Thanks
