Not so much for lunch, but there is a Ruth Chris steakhouse up there if you want a great steak.

If you like Thai go downtown Fayetteville and you will find A Taste of Thai.
It is out of this world, I use to go every visit I paid to that city! lol

Theo's of Fayetteville is pretty good. Their wine selection is so so.. Yet they have a good selection of single malt scotch and bourbon (even Booker's). But the food is pretty good and they are gluten free friendly.
