Two Issues: EDIT not working & PM NOTIFICATION POP UP not working

I just noticed the PM problem today.
How long has it been not working?
When will it be fixed?

I looked into my OPTIONS section and I "do" have the option for a pop up to come up whenever I have a PM. Today, I've received 2 PMs with no pop-ups. Is my computer not horny anymore? I am feeling gypted at not being able to see something pop up~!

I noticed the EDIT button problem the other day and searched the first 2 pages of this forum and saw no one mention it yet.
Does anyone know it's not working?
When will it be fixed?

I do not like not having the option to EDIT my posts. I also do not like having to use a double negative in a sentence (see previous.)

Please help!

Oh.......you can forget my edit problem....I see the button is like the Lucky Charm's leprechaun! It just magically appeared!

My edit button comes and goes too, but it seems that it is only absent in certain forums (the PR for example, it is always absent in there now since the changes back there).

And the PM thing...my PMs skitz out on me too sometimes! For example, someone will PM me and it won't notify me or show up in my inbox, then half a day later it lets me see it. How weird is that? I was scheduling a multi-hour session and kept asking the hobbyist things that he already sent me...and I didn't get the PMs until later on, like some sort of delay or something. IT WAS NOT AMUSING! Needless to say we switched to e-mail for the remainder of getting set up. This has not happened to me in quite a while though *knock on wood*.
