Frozen Account still frozen

Hey Guys. My profile UnoMas has been frozen for some time. Not exactly sure why. I reached out for help from support but nothing so far. I purchased premium access on that profile as well and it's going to waste.

I created this new profile. If the other is going to remain frozen please transfer premium access to this account.

You probably had too many windows opened and security kicked in.

I am going to have both of these accounts disabled.
