Very useful portuguese phrases for hobbyists to have a better time in Brazil

Hi guys,

I just got back from an amazing trip to Rio. Anyway, during my time working there I researched a lot of Portuguese phrases so that I could at least make sure I got exactly what I wanted from the girls I would be seeing

I don't speak Portuguese and just a really tiny amount of spanish and the only termas I had time to visit (Monte Carlo in Copacabana and Solarium in Lagoa) had really very few English speaking girls around.

Most of the really hot ones didn't speak any english at all and without my prior research I would have been shit out of luck as far as interviewing them to see if they would do what I like. Also, its more fun if you can at least speak a little bit.

So without further ado, here's my small guide to what, in my opinion, any english speaker needs to know to be able to have a great time with a working girl in Brazil! Most of this shit isn't in complete sentences but who cares, also some pronunciation may vary by region this is for RIO but it will get the job done anywhere in Brazil I'm sure.

I'm sure I didn't follow the right way of doing the pronunciation shit but whatever who cares you get the idea! Portuguese speakers feel free to correct me but this is what I used with great success so I thought I'd share it.

sorry, but i am Brasilian and this is portunhol (a mixture of Portuguese and Spanish) to me. the corrections will be in a different colour but as a foreigner, kudos for trying Portuguese isn't easy... i know haha

to most, Portuguese sounds like a hybrid of French, Spanish and Italian. there's lots of tricky pronounciation involved, so PLEASE don't assume to use the Spanish form of pronounciation

Its not perfect by any means but better than sign language and the garotas appreciate the effort!
