I've been looking at some sites, and I notice that many have an hr rate & a VIP hr rate w/o explaining the difference. Could anyone with experience explain the difference? I know that each individual is different, but seeing that it was common & standard among the profiles I saw, I thought there might be a common explanation for it. I thought I'd ask here before directly asking.
Examples: 1 hr 350/1 hr VIP 450. 1 Hr 325/ 1 hr VIP 400
