Petite?

Did I miss where the definition of petite changed? Was there a memo?

Last I knew it meant short and tiny...
There I was wandering through the ad threads when I realize something has changed. Mind you, I like girls with some meat on the bones, but I don't look for them under the title "Petite..."

When over half the women in the U.S. are obese it moves the goalposts. Be vigilant.
Some used to be petite 5-10 years and 60-80 lbs ago. They still live in the past and no one ever told them they aren't petite anymore.

Regardless of the title or headline at least they've included a few current shots so you can't claim they are outright dishonest.

Let them keep the illusion and simply move on.

I agree with this definition, found embarrassingly enough by Bing: having a small and attractively dainty build.

But petite as a clothing size means 5'4" or less, with no restriction on weight or anything else. Thus, a beach ball can claim to be petite if its diameter is less than 5'4".

I think you got your dimensions mixed up. The skinny waist is 24 inches tops, 5 foot four references height I believe. Trust me you don't want to see a chick with five foot four diameter.

I don't think that 5'2" and 160 lbs would be considered petite by many, but that is found in showcase of local ATX provider who advertises as a former porn star.

When I worked in retail, petite was shorter and went up to sizes 10 or 12 and even XL.

Sounds like short and chubby might qualify, but short and BBW does not.

Sorry, VL!

I guess if standing in a room full of Amazons turned obese then chubby would be dainty.
