When did the welcome section become an ad section for unverified providers?

I guess since they started getting reliable reviews before they were verified??

I was under the impression that new providers are allowed one ad in the welcome and intro section before they become verified, not to spam the board with 5 or 6 separate threads that were there this morning.

We're a bit short handed this week, RAT... I took care of the Welcome Wagon issues last night.
