Recently when I have tried to reply to a PM, my reply does not show up as a sent message nor does it appear in the unconfirmed/confirmed section. I have also noticed that some replies to my PMs do not include my original PM as part of the Reply even though the subject line is the same.
Am ironing something wrong? I thought I have done this the same way as before. Has something changed in ECCIE?

Not that I know about.
On the seond part, when someone answers you, they may 'clean up' the PM before replying to you. Some people just like sending clean replies.
