Places to eat dinner

Looking for a place to have dinner semi close to the Kansas City Zoo. Steak, seafood, Mexican, or BBQ.
Willing to drive farther if it's worth it.

Rafiki at the zoo....
Seriously you asked for that.

But, there's a few places in Brookside which would probably be closest.
Summit Grill
Red Door
Forbes
Come to mind

BB’s Lawnside BBQ isn’t far from the zoo, if you’re not walking. Twelve or 15 min drive.

Actually going to a concert at the Starlight Theater in a few weeks. Will be my first trip to KC.

Yes LCs.
His kid is running that now.

Yes there's a few other places in the 63rd line. Just haven't been in those yet.

Also amused we have two threads running with bbq comments.
Emmie's just started a restaurant request also. So three bbq threads at once?
Apparently everyone in KC has no cholesterol issues.
