Encounter gone wrong

When a dangerous situation has occurred with at least 3 members as described in the post "Encounter gone wrong" by Rooter,would the Mods allow better information to protect other members from experiencing the same occurrence? The address, links, phone numbers, screenshots, etc. would be helpful.

I’m sorry for my ignorance. I misunderstood the post. I tried to delete it, but it would not allow me to. Again, I apologize. I should not have made any comments because I did not understand it correctly.
