Post a few ads, have a bunch of horny non-residents from nearby cities show up for their mugshots, and collect the windfall in federal funding and penalties they can now legally impose thanks to the 2019 state law making solicitation a felony.

Does that pretty much summarize the state of the hobby in Texas these days?
