Bait & Switch

Question: How do you walk out of a bait and switch situation peacefully? Also will providers make a big deal if they are not what you expected, or not to your liking?

I've only been in a few of these situations. So far, she wasn't ugly enough or the rate wasn't high enough for me to walk out.
