Spider Sense Going Off on This Asian Provider

I'm not sure if it's just the way that she wants to be contacted or what but my spider sense says to pass on this one. Am I being to cautious in my old age or what?

Tineye just confirmed it was a fake pic...as if I didn't already know that.
