Question why do African American Providers not do as well as others in the Industry

I see that African American girls dont do as well in this industry I have talked to some and they say that they need to work twice as hard in Studio and at Strip clubs? I like latina's but I was just woundering if anyone else sees this. I do know that at strip clubs you dont see many African American girls getting much play..Is it just where we live?
