Anybody Watching Meteor Shower this Weekend?

Texas has such a Big Beautiful Sky to watch the Perseids Meteor Shower!!

As long as the clouds stay away, we should have a Great Weekend for a nice light show!

Just a short drive & WoW! No city lights!
Great family times

It is my intention to go way out into the boonies and just lean back and enjoy the show. Probably on Sunday evening.

Big astronomy fan, so absolutely! If the rain moves out (a few storms are rolling through Houston today), I plan on heading to Lake Conroe around 9 p.m., getting in my wee boat, and watching while adrift in the middle of the lake with a picnic basket and a bottle of Jameson handy. Nope, not drinking and boating. I have a designated captain of the ship tonight, who will, of course, make me walk his plank. There ya go - I brought the topic back to P4P.
