With the constant ring of the phone, or ping from the e-mail notifications and appointments being lined up, plus the need to freshen up and prepare yourselves between session, food and every now and again sleep, how do you ladies keep your bodies so toned and damn near flawless? Where does the energy to even stay in shape come from? What is your secret?
I work out but I have a high metabolism.So alot of times I can eat whatever and not gain weight.
But I do push myself even when I do not feel like working out.If I cannot get to the gym I will do exercises at home and walking my dog helps out as well.
